To All Prospective WAISOA Members
On this page you will find a number of documents that will help you through the process of applying for membership in the National Intercollegiate Soccer Officials Association (NISOA). The Washington Intercollegiate Soccer Officials Association (WAISOA) is the Washington State Chapter of NISOA and application for membership is processed through the local chapter, not directly through NISOA. As Director of Membership I have prepared these document to assist you in completing your application for membership. If you have come by this letter without the attached documents you can email me at: membership@waisoa.org to obtain the packet or you can go to http://waisoa.org and click the Membership Information tab to find the necessary 5 documents. The first step is to review the New Candidate Requirements document to see if you have the necessary prerequisites for membership. Please note that until your application is filed with all necessary forms completed and accompanied by the required checks it will not be considered. Should your application not be accepted, those checks will be returned to you. Please do not submit partial applications, instead wait until you have all the letters, etc. in hand and then submit them.
